Believe your affirmations and after a while of believing in them they will take over. You're going to have negative self-talk for several weeks though. But the more time you spend in them, the stronger that feeling will get.
Try out that subliminal we keep talking about. For $13 bucks I wake up feeling even sexier than the day before and I honestly cannot reject it because it's all in my subconscious.

I come to the conclusion:
1st Wanting to fuck them. Being sexualy open and abit agressive.

I watched a film which stated that there is an experiment wherein groups of people were shown a picture of an object.
Their brain was then monitored by a machine which shows which specific area of the brain light up or being used.
After that the subjects were asked to imagine that object in their brain. Surprisingly, the machine showed that the same of the brain light up. I think it concluded that the brain doesn't know the difference of the imagined object and the real object.

One thing I did yesterday, I was out driving, and there was a gorgeous girl behind me, and I took out a napkin and started digging in my nose, lol looking in the rearview mirror. I saw her lookin at me. Right afterwards, I was looking down and bobbing my head slowly to what I was listening to, I was in my own zone. I kinda looked up at her through my rear view....she starts smiling, like she wants me so bad its not even funny. It felt awesome, cause by now, I didn't give a shit what she thought of me. I was completely myself completely natural. The way I see it:
Think sexy --> Feel sexy --> BE sexyBeing comes naturally at time when affirmations internalize. I feel now that it's irrelevant wether I think I'm sexy or not because it wont take away the FACT that I AM sexy! Affirmations + subliminal have really kicked deeper now. Life can be confusing to me sometimes but there are some things remain simple and certain. Sexiness is now one of them :)

in the past i have not seen success with subliminal audio programs but i am intrigued by all the success stories, in particular ryan & pain. maybe there is a lag time before kicking in... is the consensus to use the masked wave with earbuds or a pillow speaker? the author appears to be shannon matteson and he had a lot of titles with alpha man dominance and the sort.

@Siderealist-I usually play the ultrasonic on my headphones while I'm sleeping = best results. It usually takes about 2 weeks to kick in. I started using a different set of speakers which didn't work with it so I lost my results. I'm slowly building it back up though.
