Hey, Adam here. It’s an honor to write one of Cory’s newsletters. I’d like to say a few words about fitness because it’s key to so many areas of our lives as men.
There are many powerful reasons to incorporate fitness into your lifestyle. Fitness helps you to:

All of the above results are by-products of incorporating FITNESS into your daily lifestyle.
So, what is “fitness”?
DEFINITION: Fitness is the combination of proper nutrition and exercise.
Taking it one step further… Achieving Optimal Health, Fitness, and Performance are the RESULTS of the combination (or integration) of proper nutrition and effective exercise when compounded daily over time.
For more than a decade now, I’ve been consulting with my students on how to maximize their potential in achieving optimal health, fitness, and performance in every facet of their lives.
I want you to know that this is a passion for me and I absolutely love to teach this information to those people who have the want, need, and desire to learn it.
I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that applying proper nutrition and exercise in your life will change your life…FOREVER!
Obviously, from what I’ve just described and outlined above, FITNESS is a lot more than just being physically fit…
That’s why, when Cory and I were talking the other day, he asked me to incorporate the topic of FITNESS into the powerful personal development information he’s been sharing with you on becoming more successful with women.
Of course, I jumped at the opportunity to help Cory educate, motivate, inspire, and move you into action – to assist him in the process of making you more successful in all areas of your life – IN ADDITION TO using fitness to become ultra desirable to women, not just physically, but mentally, spiritually, and emotionally as well.

FITNESS BUILDS CONFIDENCE, WHICH IS VERY SEXY AND ATTRACTIVE TO THE OPPOSITE SEX!
When you exude confidence, women will naturally be very attracted to you without you having to do anything extra.
This new-found confidence naturally amplifies the NON-VERBAL COMMUNICATION you have with women, which is much more powerful than any words you can say to her.
YES! Being fit will naturally amplify everything Cory is teaching you, and definitely NOT just because you’ll look more attractive…
You will, because YOU, i.e., your attitude, your body language, and your overall energy will be more confident and thus, immensely more attractive.

Women are attracted to men who are driven, passionate, and confident.
Women love a man who takes pride in taking care of himself and naturally seeks him out over less qualified man.
It’s ingrained in her DNA. And, she does it in seconds flat!
